Christmas

We ended our Wisconsin winter excursion with a line up of fun Christmas get togethers with family. Will and Ada got into Christmas so much more than last year. Knew who Santa was "ho ho ho", thanks to Nana for warming them up with Santa books. And they lit up like twinkly stars when they saw all those presents under the tree Christmas morning. And do I see a Santa sighting below?! The BEST! Christmas is always that time of year for me to stop and squeeze the people I love, and to remember how very lucky we are to have this life. Here's looking to a great 2012!

Christmas dinner with dad and Julie.

Christmas dinner with dad. Will would only eat Grandpas food. Ada, I think, drinking tartar sauce.

This present must be mine...

Book block hoarding.

Dad snuggle

Love books!

Ada self entertaining at dinner in her Christmas dress from Grandpa Brian and snow boots!

Hanging out with Great Grandpa Ludin.

Dapper Will looks great in a tie. Dapper James, great in a Tshirt.

Looking like a little office man.

Christmas technology break.

Will teaching Great Grandpa Ludin the joys of the iPad. Apple should pay me for this cross-generational pic!

Handcrafted rocking horse from Great Grandpa Ludin. So special.

Happy Christmas boy with soccer ball.

Hi-five to horses momma!

On horse, with ball. Life is good.

A Christmas gift to treasure forever.
James was there too :)

Christmas morning wrapping paper flurry!

Football (picked out by James) was the big holiday winner.

Dont drop football. Dont drop football.

Christmas three generations.

Babes with their Nana on Christmas day.

Playing with Cousin Lily and Jess at a very full and awesome Braun Christmas at Aunt Lauri and Uncle Kenny's.
Great Grandma Braun Christmas snuggles. Ada loves her Oma.

Presents from Great Grandpa "Santa" Braun and Oma, matching snuggle bears that now live in their beds at home.

SANTA?! Ada ran right for him!

Preshy. They were over the moon to sit with Santa and jingle his bells.

Mom and Dad's best gifts!

Day of WI departure--byebye Nana, Papa, Minnie, and TV! :)

  1. Every picture melts my heart. Especially Ada hugging Santa?! SO CUTE!
Will in his little tie, Ada's cuddling face with J, Will's huge smile with the soccer ball, and the matchymatchy Christmas pajamas... LOVE!
Those two little rugrats are the best.

  2. And if mom ever reads comments: I love how the new Christmas tree looks in front of the snowy window! The three generational pic and the one with Nana and kiddos turned out really great!

  3. I agree! The new tree looks like winter wonderland just continues right into the house. And can you tell the kids are saying "cheeeeese"?

Also, you know mom does not understand comments. :)
