Happy Easter

An overdue update of another great Easter with the Doneski's. Mike and Linda had us over for Easter brunch and egg hunt. Boy, what a difference a year makes. Will and Ada last Easter were not quite three months old, and still floppy little babes. This Easter, Will and Ada had quite the time running with the other kids and finding their own eggs. Yummy brunch, great friends, beautiful day at the park. Watch out for thorns (Easter in the desert:))!

Easter Diva. They loved dancing with the singing bunny.

Twin pile up. On a bike. Backwards. Daredevils.

I had a thought to take a picture of their first Easter baskets the night before, just in case the morning storm prevented another one. Yep.

AJ helping Will during egg hunt. Smart boy, he knew AJ had an in with the Easter Bunny. Wink, wink.

And directly in the mouth, of course.

Dont let go!

Showing mama his winnings.

Paparazzi shots--hi.

Really thinking about her next move.

Score!

Taking inventory with Tia and AJ, "wait a minute, there are treats INSIDE these things?!"

Family pic. AJ was in charge. :)

And dad surprised us by getting off work early! So happy!

Shooting hoops at the park.

Will opting out of basketball for time with his new ducky from the Easter Bunny.

Then promptly attempting to throw it in the trash...."well, I'm done with this thing".

The before Easter melt down (above), and after (below). Notice the crazed look in her eyes, sunscreen soaked pig tails eschew, with a cracked egg in her hands...."must find egg treat..."

  1. The duck going into the garbage can is my new favorite thing. Please come to Seattle and bring me some Gentry twins!
