The Desert Botanical Gardens has a great BUG exhibit running. There are several huge sculpted different bugs throughout the garden made out of different types of wood and bamboo. Gave us a great excuse to round up some of our favorite people and go on a morning scavenger hunt! Grandma Cindy and Chip came with Lexi, and Aunt Carolyn also came along. It was a beautiful morning after a rainy desert night. The air was crisp and clean, with unusual cloud cover, smelling the whole garden of creosote. We had a lot of fun running the trails looking for the next bug, and running after quail during a yummy DBG lunch(We do a lot of running these days)! Thanks Aunt Carolyn!
